The basis for forming the price of a translation is a standard page which consists of 1500 characters with spaces. 

How much a translation will cost also depends on the type of text, i.e. whether it is a certified or non-certified translation, the complexity of the material (e.g. specific/specialized field, text editing/processing) and expected time of delivery. 

The pricing for certified translations is determined by the Ministry of Justice and is set out in the Ordinance on Certified Court Interpreters (Croatian version only).

The established norm is 6 standard pages per day and everything above that is considered an urgent translation, for which an additional 50% is charged.

Translations that need to be carried out over the weekend are also considered urgent and for such translations an additional 100% is charged on top of the regular fee.

The minimum billing unit for written translations is one standard page.

The minimum billing unit for interpretation is 1 (one) hour.
